Our High Purity Drinking Water is incredibly good. We guarantee it is free of all potential nasties like chlorine, fluoride, metals, mineral variability and bacteria risks. Our processes result in high purity water that is purer than rainwater and naturally occurring spring waters completely bacteria free.

Our owned-returnable 15 litre PET bottles are BPA free and have engineered taps so you can use them self-standing or in any cooler! To use the bottle and tap freestanding, you will need to make a little opening in the cap to release the airlock.

For every empty return bottle we collect we also give you a $1 credit for future orders.

Once a bottle is opened, please consume within 30 days.

Bottles remain our property and are registered under the Australian Government Personal Property Securities Register. We reserve our right to pursue recovery for any lost, damaged, stolen bottles.

Why High Purity Drinking Water is necessary

Our high-purity drinking water has been processed to remove all possible contaminants. Our water is not just purified, it is specially treated to be free of all potential microbes (fever causing bacterial fragments), making it essential for safe hydration in the body. While some authorities believe minerals in water are good for health, or chemicals like fluoride good for preventing tooth decay, or chlorine is the safest way to sterilize water, some research suggests risks of bacteria for untreated water is high, minerals and chemicals in water could have adverse effects on human health.

In January 2025 our baby boy could not drink town, tank or supermarket bottled water because they had a high dissolved solid count, contained metal-based minerals, fluoride and chlorine and were not bacterially treated. Water that is not treated is a huge risk to health - as it is to our baby.

The only water he could take was supplied in 600ml bottles by NSW Health Hospitals which are specially filtered and treated with Ozone by a company in Penrith NSW hence that is why we invested hundreds of thousands of dollars on research, development, infrastructure and equipment to achieve high purity drinking water that is bacterially treated.

Our industrial systems produce large amounts efficiently and we wanted to offer our community the same opportunity.

NSW Health and The Australian Drinking Water Guidelines (ADWG) provide the framework for assessing water safety, including microbial, chemical, and physical parameters. These guidelines are used by water regulators to ensure water is safe at the point of use. Key indicators include the absence of E. coli, Cryptosporidium, and other pathogens, as well as limits on chemicals such as lead, fluoride, manganese, chlorine and nitrates.

Risks of Source Water (including shallow large forming spring water) if not properly filtered and bacterially treated:

  • Microbial contamination from nearby surface water, animal activity like Swans, fish or frogs, or septic systems from adjacent premises.

  • Chemical contamination from fertilizers, pesticides, or naturally occurring minerals.

  • Changes in water quality due to seasonal variations, heavy rainfall, or drought conditions.

To obtain high purity drinking water requires a very specialized combination industrial filtration systems and a very complicated understanding of bacteria, diseases and contamination risks along with proven scientific experience and processes.

We operate to food safety programs under the codex Alimentarius: General Principles of Food Hygiene –HACCP System [STANDARD 3.2.3] and Australian Drinking Water Guidelines 2011 (NHMRC and NRMMC 2011) as updated. We are also Biosecurity Accredited and comply with NSW Health, NSW Food Authority, NSW Public Health Act 2010, NSW Public Health Regulation 2012 and the NSW Food Act 2003.

Technical Jargon

Water is scarce, we source spring, aquifer, river, bore, dam, lake, and rain waters around Central West NSW.

We take water and make it high purity through a complex thirteen-stage industrial filtration system to get pure H20, we then oxygenate, sterilize and treat with Ultra-Violet light which kills all bacteria. Our processes result in high purity water that is purer than rainwater and naturally occurring spring waters completely chemical free and guaranteeing zero health risks from disease causing microorganisms.

Our strict processes are approved by the National Health and Medical Research Council.

All bottles are routinely inspected, washed, sterilized, rinsed with a four-stage clean in place process.

We bottle our water under positive pressure in a clean room environment.

Our bottle caps and taps are sanitized with Kleanium 70% IPA Isopropyl Alcohol and evaporates before capping. Taps can be sealed with organic plastic shrink-wraps (like big pharmaceutical companies and food labels use).

These are just a few process control measures in our Standard Operating Procedures and Risk Management Plans to ensure high purity water 100% of the time.

Oxygen Infusion - we dose our water with medical grade oxygen through a food grade 0.5 Micron S.S Diffusion Stone that dissolves into the water. Adding Oxygen is important for healthy water. It is also used to stimulate and kill all strains of anaerobic bacteria.

A Word about Bacterial microorganisms and Cancer

An obligate anaerobe is an organism that cannot survive in the presence of oxygen. While most life on Earth depends on oxygen for energy, these microbes treat it as a poison. Exposure to normal atmospheric oxygen (about 21%) kills them, often within minutes to hours. Despite this vulnerability, obligate anaerobes are among the most abundant organisms on the planet, thriving in oxygen-free environments from deep-sea vents to the human gut.

Why Oxygen in pure water is important to neutralize these microorganisms

When cells interact with oxygen, they inevitably produce reactive byproducts, primarily superoxide and hydrogen peroxide. Oxygen-tolerant organisms neutralize these threats using two key defensive enzymes: one that breaks down superoxide and another that breaks down hydrogen peroxide. Obligate anaerobes produce little to none of either enzyme, leaving them defenceless against oxygen’s chemical fallout.

If you do your research, you won't easily find facts about obligate anaerobes but are strongly linked to cancer development. They cause cancer indirectly by creating chronic inflammation, disrupting the microbiome (dysbiosis), and producing toxins that damage host cell DNA and promote tumour growth.

The average person eats more food than his/her body can reasonably digest, and the natural aerobic “good” bacteria in the body are affected. We also tend to eat too much over processed food, which our blood cells must contend with. The main function of blood cells is to distribute oxygen to the body, but our eating habits often cause these cells to act mainly as the body’s waste removal system. Instead of supplying the body with oxygen, blood cells must get rid of food waste first. This waste ends up getting stored in various parts of the body. This is why we believe antioxidants are bad for your body.

As we continue to overeat, our bodies never have the opportunity to rid themselves of stored toxins. Also, over processed foods contain low amounts of essential fatty acids which are crucial to the body’s ability to produce oxygen.

These are reasons why oxygen supplementation via water is essential.

While adding medical grade oxygen to water is not considered a bio-oxidative therapy, which usually involves the use of medical ozone and hydrogen peroxide, the later has attracted some controversy because they are not fully understood by the general population and members of the medical community.

Some people insist that bio-oxidative therapy should not be used because of the risk of oxidation. Oxidation is what causes metal objects to rust, what causes a fresh-cut apple to turn brown, and what scientists blame for cellular aging in the human body. That’s why people take antioxidants – to slow down the chemical process of oxidation.

What most people don’t know, however, is that an enzyme coating surrounds every human cell which makes it resistant to oxidation. Bad bacteria, viruses and disease microorganisms, on the other hand, have no such enzyme coating and are therefore oxidized (killed) on contact with oxygen.

Oxygen in water is essential as it oxygenates the body in a way that makes the body heal itself and make itself immune to disease. Make sure you drink water when not stressed.

Stress shuts off the cells that receive oxygen delivered by your blood. When the cells are open, they will be able to receive the oxygen, and your body will then be equipped to heal itself.
